The beautiful folks over at www.paypalnow.com.ph are definitely on the right track. For a long time, PayPal has not been accepting transactions to and from the Philippines. But the latest news says different. PayPal is now accepting payments FROM the Philippines. But, thing is, we still can't received funds into our PayPal Philippines account. And we need it badly.
